The Simpsons: Tapped Out can no longer be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store, and will be completely shut down on 24 January 2025, at which point you will no longer be able to even run the game if you have it installed on your phone.

So if it’s after that date, the game isn’t working according to EA’s plans, which have shut down the servers, most likely putting a definitive end to this very popular strategy builder.
