How to fix problems with Payoneer
Start with the outage graph above. A payment service failing takes many unrelated shops down with it, so the shop you were using is often not at fault.
- Check your bank or card statement before retrying a payment
- Try a different payment method at the same shop
- Note whether it fails at the shop or after you are redirected
- Sign out of Payoneer and sign back in
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then open Payoneer again
- Try Payoneer on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round
