Purchases are tied to your store account rather than the session, so they return with the service. Restore purchases once Sand Fest - Color Sort Puzzle is working if they do not appear.
How do I know if Sand Fest - Color Sort Puzzle is down for everyone?

Sand Fest - Color Sort Puzzle is down. What can I actually do?
When the reports are widespread, waiting is the honest answer - the game is being restored by people who already know about it. Why is Sand Fest - Color Sort Puzzle working for other people but not for me?
