The check is done by trying to connect to Disneyplus.com. If we are successful and within the time limit, the check is successful, which you will see by the green button.

If, on the other hand, the site is down for some reason or the connection took too long, the check fails and the button turns red.

This can be done by using the remote to hold the TV on/off button until the TV turns off and back on. You can also turn the TV off in the normal way and unplug it for at least 30 seconds, ideally for a minute. When you unplug the TV, you can reset other devices like your modem in the same way, which will reset your internet connection, which can also help.
